These terms apply to the PartsWerk website and to enquiries submitted through it.
Website content
Capability, tolerance and lead-time information on this site describes a general process window. It is indicative and does not form a binding technical commitment for a specific part.
Quotations
A binding scope, price and lead time exist only in a written quotation issued after technical review of your drawing, reference or sample. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them.
Customer-supplied data
You confirm that you hold the rights required to have the submitted part manufactured. Parts are produced to the drawing revision you approve; PartsWerk does not represent parts as OEM-origin and claims no affiliation with any vehicle or machinery manufacturer.
Orders and payment
A first production order is normally prepaid. Deferred payment terms may be agreed for established repeat customers. Engineering and setup work is quoted separately where it applies.
Liability
Liability is limited to the manufacture of parts in accordance with the approved drawing and the agreed quality checks. Suitability of the part for a specific application remains the responsibility of the party specifying it.
