PartsWerk works with commercial buyers. This page explains what happens to the information you send with a manufacturing enquiry.
What we collect
Business contact details you submit in an RFQ (company, name, work email, country) and the technical information you choose to share about a part: description, references, quantities, material, finish and timing.
Why we process it
Solely to review your enquiry technically, prepare a quotation and communicate about a possible production order. We do not sell or rent contact data.
Technical documents and confidentiality
Drawings, CAD data, part references, pricing and supply relationships are treated as confidential and are shared only with the production capacity required to quote or manufacture your part. An NDA can be signed on request before technical exchange.
Retention
RFQ records are retained while the commercial relationship is active and for the period required by accounting and contractual obligations. You can request deletion of an enquiry that did not lead to an order.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of the business data you submitted, and object to further contact, by replying to any message from us or sending a new enquiry marked accordingly.
