Laser cutting
Confirmed primary sheet-metal setup up to 3 mm thickness and up to 2000 mm length. Larger parts are evaluated through partner capacity.
Small-batch manufacturing · Made in Europe
Low-volume European manufacturing for hard-to-source and discontinued sheet-metal parts — for automotive, agricultural and industrial aftermarket businesses. From 10 units.
Laser cutting · Bending · Welding · Finishing · White-label available

You already rank for the part number. We turn that recurring gap into a manufacturable SKU under your label.
You see which references your dealers keep chasing. We produce them in batches your stock plan can carry.
Recurring repairs are a production programme, not an emergency. We make the repeat repair part predictable.
Your brand, your drawings, your customer. We stay behind the product where that is agreed.
“You're not paying for the steel. You're paying because the part exists again.”
Capabilities
We do not promise to manufacture every part. We focus on sheet-metal geometries that fit a repeatable low-volume production process.
Confirmed primary sheet-metal setup up to 3 mm thickness and up to 2000 mm length. Larger parts are evaluated through partner capacity.
Precision bent sheet-metal parts. Every geometry is qualified before it enters a production batch.
MIG, MAG, TIG and resistance spot welding. Best-fit welded assemblies are generally up to ~500 mm; larger work is evaluated.
Pre-treatment / phosphating, primer and paint for indoor or outdoor use. Selected galvanizing and plating options evaluated per project.
Round and rectangular profiles up to ~30 mm in the confirmed primary setup, integrated into welded assemblies.
A newer capability path, initially for smaller parts and repeatable SKUs only, subject to tooling economics.
Subject to geometry and technical review.
Industries
A · Automotive aftermarket
Discontinued and hard-to-source repair and structural parts for classic, youngtimer, restoration and specialist aftermarket catalogues.

Categories shown are high-fit geometries, not guaranteed stock SKUs. Complex deep-stamped exterior body panels are evaluated separately.
B · Agricultural & industrial aftermarket
Machines stay in service far longer than their parts programmes. Downtime is expensive, replacement is recurring, and distributors want a private-label supply route they control.
We manufacture to your drawing, reference or sample. We are not affiliated with, and do not represent, any machinery manufacturer.
Process
Outreach / inbound → RFQ → tech review → quote → sample → batch → repeat
Anything that describes the geometry is a valid starting point.
We check the geometry against the confirmed process window.
Batch pricing so you can decide what to validate first.
Engineering and setup are estimated up front, refined after first article.
First production orders are normally prepaid.
Checked before it leaves; shipped to your warehouse or your customer.
The approved version stays on file for replenishment.
Commercial fit
From 10 units for validation. Economics improve as the batch repeats and the version stabilises — a part that sells twice is a production programme, not a favour.
First production orders are typically prepaid. Repeat customers may qualify for agreed payment terms.
Every project is quoted individually.
Confidentiality
PartsWerk and the manufacturing partner can remain behind your brand where that is agreed.
Confidentiality agreements are available for drawings, CAD and commercial information.
Versions, drawings, prices and customer relationships are kept separated by project.
Exclusivity and shared-market rules are agreed before sensitive repeat programmes start.

FAQ
From 10 units. Batches of 50 and above are economically stronger, and 100–300 units is where a repeat programme really works.
DXF, STEP, PDF drawings or clear photos with dimensions. If you only have an OEM reference, start with that — we'll tell you what else is needed.
Yes. A sample part is often the fastest route to a producible drawing, especially for discontinued references.
Selectively. A deep-drawing route exists for smaller parts and repeatable SKUs, but tooling is expensive, so it is only opened after an engineering and commercial review. We do not offer general press-tooling capability.
Yes. White-label supply is available, and PartsWerk and the manufacturing partner can remain invisible behind your brand where agreed.
Standard production is around 3–4 weeks depending on complexity. Urgent production may be possible from ~5 working days at a significant premium.
NDAs are available, and drawings, prices and customer relationships are compartmentalised per project. Your files are not shared across the network.
That is the point of the model. Once a version is approved and produced, replenishment orders run against the stored production version.
